About Me
I am an experienced and qualified counsellor and physcotherapist working in Eastbourne, Hastings and East Sussex. I have a warm, welcoming empathic approach which is non-judgmental and moves at a pace appropriate for each client.
I hold a post graduate diploma in counselling as well as other qualifications in hypnotherapy and solution focused psychotherapy. I have also undertaken a broad range of other training courses in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Advanced Motivational Interviewing, LGBT affirmative work, safe trauma therapy,
suicide prevention, sexual abuse, personality disorders.
I have been working in private practise and in counselling agencies since 1999 and later obtained a full scholarship to attend the post graduate counselling course at Brighton University, graduating in 2003. originally I studied at the Royal Academy of Music and have helped many clients with anxiety and performance related issues such as creative blockage. I was also a coin selling tutor with the CPTA in Brighton.
I offer counselling and therapy for individuals, couples, children and families in Eastbourne, Hastings and East Sussex.
